Domestic Orders:

Festive Season Rush: It is our top priority to deliver your order within 3-5 working days but sometimes in case of festive season rush, there could be a slight delay! In that time please do expect a delay in dispatch of your order. Sorry for the inconvenience.


Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Once shipped, they'll be delivered to you within 2-7 working days. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.


We have partnered with top shipping providers such as Delhivery, ShadowFax, XpressBees, Valmo, Ecomexpress and many more for our Pan India Delivery.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?


We send an email/whatsapp tracking link with the tracking details once the order is shipped. You can also check on the website by log in to your Psychotropics India Limited account and track your order in Track my Orders' section. 


What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?


You need to report Non-Delivery of the order, within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at customercare@pilindia.in.

How can I return my Order?


We request you to make a video of the package once received and while opening to verify the state the products have reached in. Incase of damaged or missing items clearly identifies in the recorded video will be re-shipped. For details, please refer to the Refund Policy section.


Please note that as we retail personal use products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.


International Orders

We currently deliver orders only within India and are working on the international shipping. Once we activate the same, we will announce it on our website and social media.
