Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Products returned in opened or used condition will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Email our customer support team at customercare@pilindai.in with your order ID and reason for return.

Quality Check: Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.

If approved, we will proceed with your requested resolution.

If rejected (due to usage, damage, or broken seal), the item will be returned to you without refund.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed via Razorpay/Bank, based on your preference.

Refund initiation may take up to 3–5 business days post approval.

 

Replacements:

If you opt for a replacement and the return is approved, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

 

Important Note:

We request you to make a video of the package once received and while opening to verify the state the products have reached in. Incase of damaged or missing items clearly identifies in the recorded video will be re-shipped.
